A, B Based on dataset GSE136755, the most significant modules based on the topology in the protein–protein interaction (PPI) network were identified using Molecular Complex Detection (MCODE) of Cytoscape. Module 1 contains upregulated DEGs (red color), while module 2 contains downregulated DEGs (blue color). Functional annotation of modules 1 and 2 was determined by ClueGO.
