Lnc-Ma301 inhibits the lung metastasis ability of HCC cells in vivo. A A lung metastasis model was established by injection of SMMC-7721 HCC cells into the tail vein of nude mice, and lung metastasis was investigated. Overexpression of lnc-Ma301 was confirmed by qRT-PCR before injection. Photographs of lung metastasis were taken (blue arrow indicates tumor nodule).
