Reconstitution of TFF1 suppresses H. pylori-mediated nuclear localization of NF-κB and STAT3. After infection, AGS-pcDNA cells demonstrated an increase of NF-κB–p65 (Green) and STAT3 (Red) nuclear localization (arrows).
