TFF1 abolishes H. pylori-induced increase of NF-κB and STAT3 binding to its target gene IL6. ab ChIP assay in AGS-pcDNA and AGS-TFF1 stable cells infected with H. pylori (7.13) for a period of 4 h for NF-κB binding (a) and 24 h for STAT3 binding (b), followed by quantitative real-time PCR with primers designed for STAT3 and NF-κB binding site on IL6 promoter regions.
