Licorice inhibits the growth of tumor volume depending on the CDK4-Cyclin D1 axis. a C57BL/6 mice were injected with 5×105 LLC cells. 24 h later, 200 mg/kg GUF or vehicle were administered once daily from day 2 and/or 200 μg/mouse anti-PD-L1 (i.p.) on day 4, 7, 10 (n = 5 per group).
