DBF4 weakens the sensitivity of MGC803 and AGS cells to 5-Fu. MGC803 and AGS cells were transfected with plasmid or siRNA for DBF4 (DBF4 or siDBF4) for 24 h. MGC803, AGS cells (A), DBF4-overexpressing MGC803-DBF4, AGS-DBF4 cells (B) and MGC803-siDBF4, AGS-siDBF4 cells (C) were incubated with control medium or various concentrations of 5-Fu as indicated at 37℃ for 48 h.
