Knockdown of HnRNPK inhibits cell growth and the cell cycle in vitro and in vivo. HnRNPK was knocked down using shRNAs in PC-3 and DU145 cells. A, B MTS assays revealed cell viability curves of both stable PrCa cell lines every 24 h.
