Knockdown of CCNI2 alleviates the promoting role of HDGF overexpression in gastric cancer cells. Detection of alteration in proliferation (A), clone formation (B), apoptosis (C) and migration (D, E) after lentivirus HDGF, and shCCNI2+HDGF transfected SGC-7901cells. HDGF indicates HDGF overexpression in SGC-7901cells; Control indicates SGC-7901 cells infected with an empty vector LV-003, as negative control; shCCNI2+HDGF indicates simultaneously downregulated CCNI2 and upregulated HDGF in SGC-7901cells; NC(KD+OE) indicates SGC-7901 cells infected with empty vector LV-003 and BR-V108, as negative control.
