Mortalin can promote the migration of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. A Western blot analyses of the expressions of E-cadherin, vimentin, N-cadherin, mortalin, Flag, and GAPDH in HCC cells with different mortalin levels. MMP2 and MMP9 activities were investigated by gelatin zymography assays.
