Salvianolic acid B can inhibit the migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. A Western blot assays of E-cadherin, vimentin, N-cadherin, mortalin, RECK, p-STAT3, Ac-STAT3, and β-Actin in HCCLM3 cells were performed. B Western blot assays of MMP2, MMP9, and GAPDH were performed. MMP2 and MMP9 activities in HCCLM3 were investigated by gelatin zymography assays.
