miR-199b-3p contributes to acquired resistance to CTx in CRC cells. CRC-CTxR cells (CTxR) were transfected with miR-199b-3p inhibitor (miR inhibitor) or NC inhibitor; then, CRC-CTxR cells with or without transfection and the parental sensitive ones (normal) were treated with the same concentration of CTx. A CCK-8 assay analyzed the IC50 of CTx in CRC cells. B TUNEL assay detected the apoptotic cells of different groups. C Wound healing assay assessed cell migrative ability.
