Role of lncRNAs in EMT regulation via Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in CRC. CYTOR inhibited CK1-dependent phosphorylation of cytoplasmic β-catenin, promoting nuclear translocation of β-catenin. By suppressing GSKβ-mediated phosphorylation, SLCO4A1-AS1 increased the stability of β-catenin.
