Orient 1 and 2, show how often the pair is detected in each orientation (Orient 1 is AD-associated; Orient 2 is DBD-associated); followed by a 3-AT condition to determine the number of pairs detected in 2 mM vs. 5 mM. Significant interactions filtered by Log2FCmax and FDRmin values. The number of libraries shows if the pairs are captured in a single library or both (with 2 being the maximum). The unique fragment pairs represent the number of unique fragments captured for each protein pair. The APID concludes if the pairs are novel (0) or known [1] previously from Agile Protein Interactomes DataServer (APID; [27])
