Effect of Z-100 on tumor infiltrating cells. a Schematic of the experimental design. Saline or Z-100 (1 mg/kg) was administered subcutaneously into the right inguinal region of female C3H/HeN mice once daily for 49 days. On the 29th day of administration of saline or Z-100, Sq-1979 cells (1 × 106 cells) were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of the mice.
