Detailed analysis of tumor infiltrating CD8⁺ cells. Z-100 (1 mg/kg) was administered subcutaneously into the right inguinal region of female C3H/HeN mice once daily for 49 days. On the 29th day of administration of Z-100, Sq-1979 cells (1 × 10⁶ cells) were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of the mice.
