RRAD inhibits the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells and is associated with the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer. A, B Western blot analysis and qPCR analysis were performed to exam RRAD protein and mRNA levels, respectively. The overexpression of RRAD was confirmed in Mia PaCa-2 cell line. C CCK-8 assay showed that overexpression of RRAD decreased the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells.
