Rac1 activity determined by G-LISA. The three cell lines showed similar patterns of activity. The S1PR2 antagonist or agonist did not induce any statistically significant changes in Rac1 activity. EGF treatment alone increased Rac1 activity, but not when S1PR2 signaling was additionally suppressed.
