EphB2 knockdown radiosensitizes medulloblastoma cells to ionizing radiation. Clonogenic assay show reduction in survival fractions in DAOY cells (a) and UW228 cells (b) following transfection with EphB2-targeting siRNA (25 nM) versus control NS-siRNA (25 nM) at increasing doses of radiation.
