Analysis of doxorubicin impact on 3D HT1080 cell morphology and actin cytoskeleton. Cells cultured during 48 h within 3D type I collagen matrix or on 2D substrata were incubated with doxorubicin 0 and 5 nM for 24 h. Typical morphology of cells seeded on 2D substrata (A) or cultured within 3D matrix (B) were obtained by phase contrast microscopy. F-actin was stained by immunofluorescence with Alexa Fluor 488 phalloidin and captured using confocal microscopy in control cells in 2D (C) or 3D (D), and in treated cells in 2D (E) or 3D (F).
