From: Side-by-side analysis of five clinically tested anti-EpCAM monoclonal antibodies
The effect of adecatumumab on proliferation of breast cancer cell line and MCF-7 and normal breast epithelia line MCF10A. The respective cell lines were seeded at 104 cells and cell numbers determined daily for three days. A human IgG1 isotype mAb and a blank served as controls. a Results from triplicate determinations and standard deviations are shown.
