The well-differentiated cells in the center of tumor nests show no staining or very weak staining of ZIP8 (#), while the peripheral less differentiated tumor cells show moderate to strong staining for ZIP8 (+). A few spindled shaped stromal cells between the tumor nests show weak staining for ZIP8 (*).
