Univariate analysis found no differences in overall survival (OS) between patients, with and without GATA-1 (3a), GATA-2 (3b), EKLF (3c) and cMPL (3d) mRNA expression. Patients expressing EKLF had longer OS than those patients not expressing EKLF (median OS was 35.61 months and 19.31 months, respectively, P = 0.0241).
