  1. JR4-Jurkat, HepG2, HeLa, Ovcar3 or T47D cell lines were treated with either fungal taxol (TFUNG) (0.001-5 μM) or fungal baccatin III (BFUNG) (0.001-8 μM) for 48 h prior to DNA histogram analysis by flow cytometry. The IC50 shown were calculated using values derived from the respective histograms. The results show the mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
