Role of GW5074 on HCC cell growth and ABC proteins expression. A: HepG2 and Huh7 were treated with three different concentrations (5 μM, 10 μM and 20 μM) of Raf1 kinase inhibitor GW5074. After 48 hours treatment, cell viability test was performed to measure the relative viability. * P<0.05 compared with control group.
