MiR-145 inhibits OSCC cell invasion. Cells transfected with miR-145 mimics and miRNA control were starved overnight and then seeded in the Transwell chambers coated with Matrigel for invasion assay. Following a 24 h-culture, non-invading cells in the upper chamber were removed and invading cells were stained and calculated in four microscopic fields per sample.
