Inhibition of c-MET activity further enhances the radiosensitizing effect of erlotinib. Compared to the combined erlotinib(20NM) and radiation group, inhibition of the c-MET signaling pathway using a monoclonal antibody(10 nM) further decreased the survival fraction and enhanced the radiosensitizing effect (ANOVA analysis, P < 0.05) (A) Radiation group.
