Wound healing assays to assess the migration and invasion capacity of OC3/P cells treated with SAHA and/or PTX. OC3/P cells in the exponential growth phase were trypsinized and plated into 6-well plates (4 × 10⁴cells/well). After incubation at 37°C under 5% CO₂ for 24 h, cells were treated with PTX or SAHA alone or in combination (The pretreatment time and the details of co treatment was same with way in Cell viability of methods). A wound was made by scraping the cell monolayers with a 200 μl micropipette tip. Photographs were taken immediately and after 12 h, 24 h and 36 h using an IX70 microscope (OLYMPUS, Japan).
