Plectin was detected with stronger signals in non-tumor liver tissue (lower left area) whereas HCC tissues showed weak signals (upper right area). (b) The results of immunohistochemical analysis on paraffin-embedded samples of HCC tissues by using anti-FAK antibody. The expression FAK was higher at the invasive front of tumor.
