mRNA expression of cyclin-dependent kinase and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor genes in human colorectal and breast cancer cells treated with Nar. The expression of cyclin-dependent kinase genes and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor genes in human colorectal (A) and breast cancer cell lines (B) was determined by measuring mRNA levels through real-time RT-PCR and using the comparative ΔΔCt method to calculate expression changes. The amount of the target, normalized to an endogenous reference and relative to calibrator, is given by 2 -ΔΔCt.
