CDH1 immunofluorescence: staining performed with anti-E-cadherin primary antibody and Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody. E-cadherin staining was clearly more pronounced in C3A, HepG2 and Hep3B lines. The Hep3B staining appeared to be intense and localized to the surface of the cells.
