miR-222 had no effect on HCT8 cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis. HCT8 cells were transfected with miR-222 mimic, mimic control, miR-222 inhibitor or inhibitor control. a Cell proliferation detected by Cell Titer 96® A Queous Non-Radioactive Cell Proliferation Assay (MTS).Cell numbers were determined by MTS after 0, 1, 2 and 3 days.
