PEM induced differential molecular expression in parent and PEM-resistant cells. Parental and PEM-resistant cells, a NCI-H28 and H28-PEM and b NCI-H226 and H226-PEM, were treated with PEM (0.1 or 0.3 μg/ml) for 24 or 48 h and the cell lysates were probed with respective kinds of antibody. Exposure times between (a) and (b) blots were not equal. Tubulin-α was used as a loading control. Dotted arrow indicates a non-specific signal and arrows shows authentic IGFBP3 signals
