Effect of miR-338-3p overexpression on proliferation of osteosarcoma cells. MG-63 and Saos2 cells were transfected with miR-338-3p mimic or NC, and miR-338-3p expression levels were determined by quantitative reverse transcription PCR (a). At 24, 48, and 72 h after transfection of NC and miR-338-3p mimics, OD was determined to assess proliferation of MG-63 (b) and Saos2 (c) cells. Data are expressed as mean ± SD, *P < 0.05
