  1. RNA-seq was done with an Illumina HiSeq 2500 instrument at GENEWIZ, Suzhou, China. Total exon fragments and FPKM (FPKM = total exon fragments/mapped reads (millions)/exon length (KB), Fragments per Kilo bases per Million reads) values of selected genes encoding prdm1, Xbp1, Pax5, Bcl6, Trp53, Bcl2l1, Bcl2l1, Mcl1, Eif4a2, Eif5b, Eif4e2, Eif2s3x, Eef1b2, Eef1d, and Creb1, and the fold change of gene expression in BC094916-overexpressed SP 2/0 cells to control SP 2/0 cells are shown
