MKP-4 regulates the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 in liver tumor cells. a The expressions of MKP-4 in LO2 and different liver tumor cells were detected by using western blot. b We used RNA interference to knockdown MKP-4 expression in HepG2 or SK-Hep1 cells and chose best interfering efficiency.
