Co-culturing of 786-O cells and HUVECs significantly increased extracellular lactate. In the transwell culturing, 1 × 104 cells were seeded in the upper chamber and 4 × 104 cells were seeded in the lower chamber. The extracellular lactate was measured at 24 h after culturing in the absence or presence of 10 µM 7ACC1. In the single culture, cells were seeded in both the upper and lower chambers; in the coculture, 786-O cells were added to the upper chamber while HUVECs were added to the lower chamber. ***P < 0.001, between the indicated groups
