Roles of miR-28-3p and miR-28-5p in cell proliferation and cell-cycle progression in vitro. Cell proliferation was determined using EdU assay at 48 h after transfection (a); Number of EdU positive staining cells were counted, and cell proliferation rate was calculated after transfection with mimics (b) and inhibitors (c) of miR-28-5p/-3p and negative control. The cell-cycle progression was analyzed by PI-FACS assay staining at 48 h (d). Cell cycle was divided into G0/G1, S and G2/M, and cell cycle distribution was counted respectively (e).
