Clotting time (s) measured in A-375 and SK-MEL-28 cells, after 48 h of treatment with Dabrafenib, Trametinib or DMSO as control, in presence of normal pool plasma (NPP) and in factor XII (FXII_def) or VII (FVII_def) deficient plasma. Clotting assays were conducted on monodisperse cell suspension as described in “Methods” section. Data are from a representative experiment of three and are reported as mean ± standard deviation of four replicates for NPP and three replicates for factor deficient plasma. Statistical analysis: 1 way-ANOVA and Tukey’s multiple comparisons test: §p < 0.01, *p < 0.0001 vs. NPP
