Knockdown of ADAM10 inactivated E-cadherin/β-catenin signaling pathway in osteosarcoma cells. Western blot (a) was used to analyze the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin. ELISA (b) was used to evaluate the E-cadherin concentration. The β-catenin (nucleus and cytoplasm) expression was analyzed by western blot (c). The localization of β-catenin was detected by immunofluorescence assay (d). The expression of ADAM10, MMP-9, Cyclin D1, c-Myc, and Survivin was analyzed by western blot (e) (*P < 0.05)
