Effect of FASN knockdown on FSCN1, SIPA1, SPTBN1 and CD59 protein expression in liver cancer. The FASN siRNA significantly downregulated the expression of FASN in HepG2 and SMCC7721 cells and the expression levels of FSCN1, SIPA1, SPTBN1 and CD59 were significantly decreased in response to FASN silencing. The band intensity analysis of protein levels was performed using GAPDH as reference. All the western blot analyses were performed at least three times. *P < 0.05.
