Tanespimycin induces upregulation of Ac-α-tubulin and LC3B-II. Calu-1 cells were treated with 1.0 μM tanespimycin for the given time (0, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 h), and then the cells were subjected to preparation of whole-cell protein lysates and the given proteins (Ac-α-tubulin, α-tubulin, LC3B-II, cleaved-Caspase-3, cleaved-PARP and β-actin) were detected by Western blot analysis
