Docetaxel promotes Ac-α-tubulin upregulation and inhibits LC3B-II augment induced by tanespimycin. Calu-1 cells were treated with the given concentrations of tanespimycin (0, 0.5, 1.0 μM) or combination with Docetaxel (0.5 nM) for 48 h, and then the cells were subjected to preparation of whole-cell protein lysates and the given proteins (Ac-α-tubulin, α-tubulin, cleaved-Caspase-3, cleaved-PARP, LC3B-II and β-actin) were detected by Western blot analysis
