Hsp90 modulates Ac-α-tubulin expression level. Calu-1 cells were silenced by Hsp90 α/β siRNA respectively (a, b), and then treated with 1.0 μM tanespimycin for 48 h. All the above cells were subjected to preparation of whole-cell protein lysates and the given proteins (a Hsp90α, Ac-α-tubulin and β-actin; b Hsp90β, Ac-α-tubulin and β-actin) were detected by Western blot analysis
