HPRT expressed highly on the plasma membrane of Raji cells. Fluorescent HPRT antibodies were compared against a membrane specific dye to highlight overlap in binding. CD19 and CD44 were used as positive controls and isotype controls were used as negative controls to highlight nonspecific antibody binding. a Healthy lymphocytes did not have a significant presence of HPRT on the cell surface and levels were similar to isotype controls. b Raji cells showed a clear increase in fluorescence when analyzed for HPRT and there was a direct overlap between the membrane dye and the antibody treatment, indicating that HPRT is co-localized with the plasma membrane of Raji cells
