Expression of HPRT in NALM-6 cells. NALM-6 cells expressed lower amounts of HPRT internally and we evaluated whether that impacted the overall surface expression of the protein. HLA antibodies were utilized as positive controls while p53 and isotype antibodies were used as negative controls for statistical analysis. We found that there was no significant surface localization of HPRT in NALM-6 cells
