Cytotoxic T lymphocyte response following treatment with NDV-HA2. Results revealed that treatment with NDV-HA2 can significantly increase CTL responses compared with control groups (pcDNA3 and PBS groups). Also, cytolytic analysis of CTL lymphocytes demonstrated a greatly increased CD8+ activity in the group of mice treated with NDV-HA2 compared with the NDV group.
