The role of NF1 in resistance to anticancer therapeutics. NF1 might be involved in resistance to anticancer therapeutics through several mechanisms, which included: NF1 downregulated MCL1 expression and endowed cells with cisplatin resistance; NF1 mutations leaded to tamoxifen acquired resistance and the mechanism was still uncertain; NF1 mutations participated in TKIs resistance via promoting glycolysis, angiogenesis, EMT, cellular proliferation and survival.
