From: CD4 T-cell immune stimulation of HER2 + breast cancer cells alters response to trastuzumab in vitro
Longitudinal analysis of incubation time on efficacy of CD4 + T-cells to increase efficacy of targeted HER2 antibodies in BT474 cancer cells. To study the impact of T-cells on trastuzumab response in HER2 + breast cancer, T-cells were introduced to cell culture at two different times: t = 0 and t = 24 h. Significant differences in cell viability were only observed when T-cells were introduced into cell culture at t = 0 h (p = 0.01)
