Left upper quadrant represents cell fragments on the behave of FITC positive; Left lower quadrant represents the live cells because of FITC negative and PI negative; and the right upper quadrant represents late apoptotic cells on behalf of PI positive; And early apoptotic cells was designed as FITC positive and PI negative and located in the right lower quadrant.
