SKP1 positively regulates Hippo/YAP signaling pathway in colorectal cancer cells. a The expression of SKP1 is positively correlated with YAP target genes as analyzed by spearman analysis with TCGA datasets. The TCGA dataset was downloaded from R2 platform. Spearman analysis was employed for investigation of the correlation between SKP1 and YAP target genes. b The expression of SKP1 positively correlates with YAP target genes as analyzed by spearman analysis with RNA isolated from 30 cancer tissues of colorectal cancer patients. The total RNA was extracted from clinical samples. The mRNA levels of indicated genes were analyzed by qRT-PCR.
